Online bookings are confirmed immediately, subject to the clinic’s final confirmation. We may need to move an appointment in exceptional circumstances; we will always contact you first.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another patient. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.
