When you book an appointment or send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, reason for visit, insurance provider and any notes you choose to add.
We do not ask for medical records through this website. Please don’t send them by email.

Storage and retention
Clinical records are kept for the period required by applicable regulations. Enquiries that don’t lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months.
This website stores booking references in your browser’s local storage so you can view your appointment again on the same device. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
